Allison: Several months ago I watched the movie Julie and Julia. I was inspired by the passion of Julie Powell and have been in search of a hobby that would instill a similar passion in myself. After months of searching I went on the spur of the moment to Las Vegas with several friends. While shopping I spotted this book: 101 Things to Do Before You're Old and Boring. I read a few of the suggestions and decided that I had finally found something I could work on. I don't know if this new project of mine will become a full-fledged passion but I am willing to try it out. Over the past several days I have reflected on the things that I would like to learn or the memories that I would like to create. So after a lot of discussion with friends, personal deliberation and time I have come up with 101 things that I would like to accomplish before I am too old to do so. It may not be exciting or a must read but I began this blog to chronicle my adventures.
